Stone Veneer & Siding Systems

Waterproofing, Caulking & Restoration

Manufactured stone veneer, Hardie board, Nichiha, and fiber cement panels — each system selected for Florida thermal and moisture performance, with seams and transitions specified before installation begins.

Waterproofing systems, exterior caulking, and pressure washing are integrated into every scope — not line-item add-ons. Patch, texture match, and restoration work handled to the existing finish specification.

Three-coat stucco, EIFS envelope systems, and architectural foam trim profiles installed to Florida code — expansion joints, moisture barriers, and reveals detailed before any finish coat.

+ In-House Capability

Texture matching and reveal work — not subcontracted

Exact texture matching and decorative reveal detailing are performed by our own crews. When a repair meets existing stucco, the grain, depth, and color register as one continuous surface.

Decorative bands, window surrounds, and cornice profiles are specified and installed by the same team that applies the finish coat — no handoff, no tolerance gap.
